What do Home Together Helpers do?

In between family visits, there are many tasks to complete:

• Light painting, repairs and yardwork

• Picking up donated furniture and delivering to our homes

• Assembling new furniture

• Organizing kitchens and ensuring they’re fully stocked

• Doing laundry and making beds

• HOSTING - as a Host, you’d be the lead volunteer at a particular house. You’ll be a touchpoint for the families and will help coordinate the other volunteers.

Sign up to become a Home Together Helper and you’ll be put on an email list of superstar volunteers. When a task is needed, everyone on the list will get notified, and you’ll have the opportunity to opt-in or decline. No pressure - we know you’re busy, and that not all the tasks will be your cup of tea! If and when the opportunity is a good fit, we’d love to have you, and feel free to bring your friends or family to help out as well!
