Who We Serve
We work with the medical and social work teams at Seattle Children’s Hospital — primarily in the Oncology and Organ Transplant departments — to provide families with affordable, comfortable housing during treatment.
When completing your waitlist application, please have your Seattle Children’s Hospital social worker’s name ready.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Home Together housing:
You must live more than 30 miles from Seattle Children’s Hospital
Your child must be receiving ongoing treatment
You must need housing for at least one month
About Our Homes
We currently offer 12 houses and 2 condos, all within a 25-minute drive of Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Each home is:
Fully furnished and stocked much like a vacation rental
Available on a month-to-month lease for maximum flexibility
Pet-friendly (case by case)
Designed to feel like a true home — cozy, safe, and family-centered
Typical stays range from 3 months to 1 year, with 1 month as the minimum.
Cost and Management
Families contribute on a sliding scale up to $1,500 per month, which includes:
Rent
Utilities
Internet
Yard care
Our homes are managed by Maple Leaf Property Management and owned by compassionate individuals who actively support our mission. Families in need of financial assistance may apply for rent reduction directly with Home Together.
