FAQ’s: We work exclusively with with the medical and social work teams at Seattle Children’s Hospital, primarily in the oncology and heart transplant departments, to connect families with an affordable, cozy, consistent place to stay while getting treatment. When you fill out the waitlist below, you will need to list your social worker at Seattle Children’s Hospital so please have that information handy.

We currently have 7 houses and 1 condo available to rent (not all featured here), all within a 15 min drive of Seattle Children’s Hospital. They are all furnished and stocked like a vacation rental. These homes are all rented on a month by month basis, to prioritize flexibility and an ever changing treatment timeline. Average stays range from 3 months to 1 year, with a 1 month stay being the minimum. We are pet friendly on a case by case basis.

We ask that families contribute $1200/month to rent these homes. This covers rent, all utilities, internet and yard care. All homes are currently managed by Maple Leaf Property Management and owned by individuals who care and contribute meaningfully to our mission.
