The Kohn House

The Kohn House is a bright, airy, 1-bedroom (queen sized bed), 1-bathroom (shower only) house with an open kitchen and a big bay window in the living room for cozy days inside. It also has a cozy futon in the living room for visiting guests and fits a crib or pack and play for little ones in the bedroom.  This home is located in a quiet residential area just a quick walk to Seattle Children’s hospital. It has a fenced backyard and detached “office / yoga studio / hide out” space. This house is pet friendly. We ask that families pay a small percentage of the market rent each month, Home Together pays the rest along with all utilities and wifi.
